First of all we really like the product, but were confused because the description read "Product Dimensions: 13.8 x 5.5 x 10.5 inches"
THAT'S THE SIZE OF THE BOX, NOT THE PRODUCT. But I really think that's misleading. From the bottom of the pan to the top of the cover knob, it is 5.5 inches. When you open the box you'll see the correct (inside) dimensions printed on the product wrapper 10 3/4 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches. If you're expecting a 5" deep pan, you'll be disappointed.
