Customer Review: Very cool mini tool

I love these things! I couldn't decide which color so I went mix-and-match with kiwi, cobalt, and a teal color (not available here), which all go great with my blue and green Pflatzgraf plates.
They have grooves that can hold a little bit of liquid, so they're good as coasters and spoon rests (as many as I need!). I read a review where someone uses them as soap dishes - I hadn't thought of that before. I use these for placing between cooking pans for storage, between a bowl and a plate for serving soups and chilis (it keeps them from sliding around), and as a trivet for small items like my little teapot. They're not the best size as pot-holders for big, heavy stuff, but they to work great for certain lids and small handles. I've also used them to open bottles and small jars. I also have a couple of the larger size for storing my pasta pot on top of the ceramic cooktop (avoiding scratches).
They're really durable (not at all flimsy), fairly flexible, they feel good to the touch, and the color seems like it will never fade. They are extremely quick and easy to wash by hand. I don't put them in the dishwasher because I get spots, but they're perfectly safe in there.
