Customer Review: Good product, despite minor limitations

WHY I GAVE IT ONLY FOUR STARS.
1. The wooden handle is sturdy and removable. However, unlike the spatula portion, the handle appears to be unsealed and it WILL stain. (It also should not go into the dishwasher.)
2. The wooden handle, while it seems to be made of a hardwood, is not quite as smooth as I'd like, either.
3. In addition, the spoon portion is quite shallow, so this is really more of a spatula with a depression in the top surface.

BEST FOR: Scrambled eggs, or scraping out a hot pot.
