Cute, cute, cute! Makes the perfect, everlasting wedding gift. I wish someone had given me this as a wedding present, so now I give it as a wedding present whenever I can. It is the perfect size for cooking for two, and even for small families. This two-quart size is perfect for chili, goulash, baked beans, etc. that I make for my husband, two little children, and me. You can't beat cast-iron for even cooking. From baking to stove-top and table service, this is a wonderful product. It is nice and heavy with a level bottom for those cooking on a ceramic surface. This beautiful piece was a christmas gift from my sweetheart last year. Since receiving it i've learned how to make a mean souffle! Also has been used for baked pineapple, casseroles, etc. I can't imagine something that couldn't be cooked well in this pan ...and it goes right to the table and makes everything (and i do mean everything) look special. I thought this would be a occassionally used piece, but it really makes any occasion special. one of my favorite things in our kitchen!Customer Review: Great novelty pot.

Of course you can still make frozen veggies in it, or a serving or two of pasta, but other than that, the 2 qt size is a bit small for much. This pot is wonderful for heating up soup. It is THE pot for making a Valentines Day Chocolate souffle in, and it goes from rangetop to oven. The cast iron makes it a touch heavy, but it's small so that isn't a problem. The enamel doesn't come off easily, which is great, and clean up is very easy. Dishwasher safe.
