I purchased this for my niece's wedding, and I have not given it to her yet. I have not seen the item myslef since I had it shipped to my mother's house, but I know from seeing them in the stores that it is a high quality product. Small, but makes a delightful presentation on your table. The heart says "Made With Love" and sure brings a smile to everyone's face.
I don't have to tell you how convenient it is to go from heat source to the table, and the clean-up, forget about it....so EASY!
A little pricey, but will give life long service.
But the real story here is Customer Service...the first pan had to be returned because enamel was missing on the lid. Amazon was AMAZING...they gave immediate attention to my complaint...had UPS pick it up the next day and a new one was sent in a couple of days...absolutely terrific service. Thanks so much AMAZON!!

This is an awesome casserole oven. It has the exceptional quality we've come to expect from Le Creuset, but with a lot of whimsy. The color and shape are pure fun, and it makes a fantastic wedding or anniversary gift!
