Customer Review: Technical difficulty of wrist strength/finesse.

Bought this after the Chantal frying pan broke (accidentally left unattended caused a lot of cracks on the coating), this was next on the list of good simple teflon-free frying pans.
But finesse or wrist strength is needed for handling these-
The manual says not to tap on it, but I often "knock" it into the sink.
Maybe wrists will strengthen with use? Otherwise nice, Made in France sticker, sturdy, no apparent defects, outward tilting edge- same height around, including two pouring spouts, (holding it sideways to drain the last bit of hot liquid gets exponentially harder with time).
Edit 3/9/11 no other issues. Once left the oil smoking and there's a kind-of brown stain in the enamel. It seasons itself over time, though not as well with my natural dishwashing liquid (I couldn't approve of everything being fried on it)
