Customer Review: My Tea Drinking Daughter Loves It!

I am a coffee drinker but my adult daughter is a tea drinker. I purchased a beautiful ceramic tea kettle but was told it took way too long to boil water, and didn't make any noise to indicate the water was ready. So my daughter gave me lots of criteria for purchasing just the right tea kettle. After an exhaustive search, this met all the criteria she required and it was attractive enough for me. Now that she has used it, she has given it a perfect rating. Who am I to question that!

Le Creuset Enamel On Steel offers superior craftsmanship in heavy gauge steel. Each piece is glazed with a hard, glossy enamel making it both durable and eye-catchingSlow down and savor the serenity of the Zen tea kettle during a busy day. Shaped like an inverted bowl, the low, broad-based kettle features a gracefully arched Asian-style handle that locks in an upright position, or releases for compact storage. A round heat-resistant knob adorns the lid. Flip back the spout cover to stop the whistling and pour. The Zen holds approximately 50 ounces of water, more than enough to brew four cups of tea.
Le Creuset makes the Zen kettle of enameled steel in a choice of many bright, modern colors to match any kitchen. A stainless steel band on the lid and around the rim opening helps prevent chipping.
