Ahhh...those French! We have 12 of these at work in all of the different colors. We don't store utensils in them though, we use these in our baine marie to keep our small sauces hot while we're in service. The insulating properties of "poterie" are superior to the stainless inserts that most kitchens use.Vive la France!!!
